Our membership is of the view that our current education system needs to do more in addressing the needs of the 21st century and the
growing population. We hold the view that the curriculum should be 50% white collar tailored education and 50% self-employed tailored education so that one form of education is supplemented by another. The absence of this may lead to increase in unemployment and organised crime arising from population growth. In this light, we asked ourselves: what is the Status of Education in the 21ST Century? Is it aligned to societal needs?
